just a thought

Imagine what it would have meant for the Iraqi people to have had a chance to get rid of their dictator themselves, instead of having it done for them (or to them) by a foreign power. I don't think the sense of pride and accomplishment the Tunisians and Egyptians are feeling right now can be overestimated. I also think those kind of feelings, when collectively shared, increases a country's chances of moving forward and actually change for the better.
